Default A funny problem

05 F250 4x4 6.0. Now here is the problem the dang wipers won't shut off. Sometimes they will stop for a minute or so if driving over a bump. Pulled the fuse and they go off along with the dash cluster but it comes back on in about 10 seconds and they stay off as long as the fuse is out (Fuse number 33) so I dont think it is a cross short. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue or the best places to start before I take the dash apart and start running wires to find the problem. No mods have been done to the truck and no codes.

If I'm not mistaken it is a short in the windshield wiper motor itself, the switch is just a control circiut and the motor always has power. I had a 83 chevy van had same thing, didn't do it on first start but after the second start of the day it would do this, I could pull that fuse blind folded in about 2 seconds.
