EGR delete is simple. Removing all the crap in the way...... time consuming.

Installed the new EGR, problem "solved" for now.
When I can set aside a block of time, will do the delete.
Looks like they're going after Ford for this problem in California...Class Action Law Suit.

 

Double check that it's water coming out of the tail pipe. Mine was doing a similar thing and it was actually fuel due to a injector with a missing tip.

There was an amazing amount of smoke, but it was a mix of white and black smoke.

 

Right, which is why I asked him to smell the smoke...
