how much Boost?

It seems your boost will be dependant on your trucks strategy as well. There is a huge thread about all of this on the ORG.

41 on my stocker with 205s . bearings didnt last too long.

That's awesome. That also kind of makes me nervous as I've pegged my 35 psi gauge a few times running stock sticks and just innovative tunes.

30 is the safe limit for that turbo, 35 is really straining it. at 41psi, I'm not surprised motoxracer42's turbo didn't survive.

The GT37 really isn't a good design, especially the vanes.

So if you get bigger injectors you pretty much have to get an upgraded turbo too?

My 6.0 has Edge Juice with Attitude and I've seen 31 psi pulling a 4 place snowmobile trailer up to the U.P

Altitude plays a part in the amount of boost that I make. I get around 28~30 psi here at 4000ft, I pegged 33-ish at 1300ft. I added a boost builder and made 35psi, but that thing wreaked havoc with my truck so I pulled it off.

IMO, your boost is right in line with mine.
