Default radiator replacement 06-6.0L

My OEM radiator has developed a slow leak, I don't think it's going to get better so looking to replace it. The question is, Are aftermarket aluminum radiators that much better? looking at the Misimoto (sp) or E-Bay and Amazon have a lot of 2 row and 3 row radiators most made in China.. I could go to Ford & get another OEM, this one lasted 21 years. I'd probably order from one of our vendors.. Even if its a few more $$.. Probably replace the fan clutch too while I'm in there. I've read a 7.3 fan clutch works better? I seldom tow anything, Opinions wanted

The OEM radiators are good IMO.

The only off-brand radiator I would get is the one from BPD (BulletProofDiesel) or Performance radiator (both made by Radicon).

I am quite happy w/ my OEM "snow plow" fan clutch.
