Default 6.0L hpop issues?

Today I went and started my truck in 20 degree weather and it started great, I let it warm up for 20 minutes and then tried to back out of the driveway and it died. I cranked it and it slowly started. I let it warmup for a little while longer and then put it in low range to get it out of the driveway. On my way to the highway it seemed to run fine, but when I got on the highway you could tell it was running really weak. It would take it atleast 10 seconds to accelerate 5mph. I have an edge programmer that I use solely to read codes so the truck is bone stock. It threw code p2290 which I understand means injector pressure low. Could this be plugged or gelled filters, or perhaps even a bad fuel pump? I am hoping it is one of these things before it is a bad hpop or icp. Thanks for all the help guys!

Extremely low power, and a low ICP code... could be the HPOP on it's way. Dirty filters wouldn't cause a low ICP code. Would be nice to monitor ICP actual and desired to see what your numbers are...
