stand pipes or bigger issue???
i have an 2003 f250 fx4 140,000 miles. for the past 2-3 weeks its been giving me trouble about not starting when its warm. it would start just fine when it was cold or the temp needle had dropped most of the way. but would usually take minimum 1 hour for it to start after shutdown on a warm motor. then last night it just died on me. it was running fine, i made a trip through town and went into a field to play for a min and was just putting around and as soon as i put it in 4 high and hit the brakes to turn around it died. would crank and crank and crank but will not start. my only guess is the stand pipes o rings are bad.
work i've done to the truck.

Ok so oddly enough after it sitting for 7 hours i just went outside and she fired right up with no problems. Im gonna let it warm itself up and see how it acts. It did puff out a small amount of white smoke but i do know it has at least one bad injector cause i cam feel the misfire

Let her warm all the way up and she ran just fine. Was odd and confusing. I ran it around tue yard and kept popping it into 4 wheel drive since thats when it stalled amd she was fine. Shut her off and wouldnt fire up warm still. Only when cold
So no warm start... definitely sounds like a high pressure oil leak.
When it is running does it seem to have full power still? Any excess smoke?
Really the only way to track that down is going to be with an air test.
