With all the dummy plugs ,studs, stc fitting,turbo drain, turbo feed, clean charger, cat coolant and 3 injectors the last one I did was right at 3k .

Get in there and do a delete and hope you caught it soon enough, while you have the parts off do the oil cooler as well.

When I first read this I was wondering if it was a slightly leaking heater core? Worth checking into. Mdub seems to know what he is talking about with the white residue on the cap though.
Just a thought on the heater core.

That's not bad at all...

My buddy just had his 03 blow the headgaskets while he was driving it out of state, got stuck bringing it to the local dealer there, they did the same job basically, but he needed 2 new heads too since they were cracked. Total bill was $7900.
