ok guys ive got a problem! ive got a 2001 exursion with a 7.3. ok so awhile back i bought single shot injectors and a 7 position dp tuner chip to run them. ok so all was well,tons of power,everything worked great except everyonce in a while it would hiccup under power. i wasnt to worried about it then several months later i blew the head gaskets.it would still run but whitesmoked terrible. i figured it was probly because of low compression.so i took the motor out and sent the injectors back to full force (where i got them) for testing because of the hiccup. turned out 1 injector was bad they fixed it and sent them back. meanwhile i put new head gaskets and new injector sleeves on and got a different turbo with a banks big head actuator. ok put it all back together and started it. it has to crank forever every time you start it but it will start.when you first start it runs ok no smoke. from then on it starts running rougher and rougher and smoking worse and worse white and gray until it dies after about a minute.let it cool down for 10 mins and you can start it again. so i pulled a 2000 f250 that i had in next to it and started trading parts,i tryed the hpop pressure regulator, the pressure sensor, injector control module i wanted to try the ecm but it was a standard and it didnt work.i also got new valve cover gaskets with the wires in them. so i pulled the valvecovers and individually unplugged each injector. still no luck! im about at the end of my knowledge,any help would be greatly appreciated!
