I think you should go with the sherrif and a tow truck...... get your truck and then press charges....... put a lean on his opperation until your truck is fixed by a real mechanic

can I actually do that ? he seems to think he does not need a mechanics liscence to work on other peoples vehicle ? I already did the sherrif thing but had to pay the 1600 to get my truck back, filed with the BBB and the BAR already, next stop IRS because he took cash and didnt charge me taxes.... even when I asked his wife in front of the sherrif to charge me the tax for the 3100.00 yes I am in So Cal.

A little education on how to put a lein on his business please, I DO NOT have a shortage of cash so Do I get a lawyer to do this for me ? he has to be stopped and pay full price.....he knows I am a firemen who saved his house from burning down on a So Cal Gobbler in 2007 and my wife is 9 mos pregnant and still he screwed me without batting an eye !

 

You will have to file charges with the county , maybe the state of cali as well and he dosent have a bussiness licence to opperate i n the state he should be arrested illegal opperation of a chop shop........
so from what i can gather with out loking at the system im betting the oil has gelled in your fuel lines and thier most likley no heater in the storage tank...... typical...
as far as the lein ... i belive you will have to ask the county clerk at the local court house ... give them a lil info and maybe they will help.......
wish i caoul help ya more ..... im near seattle wa my self......cant afford to come down that far and help.... post some pics of the system and all of the controls we will see if we can fix it by brail....LOL...... also look in to the tank ....see if the fuel is cloudy..could be gelling in the fuel lines...... the possibilities are limited but if we can eliminate the variables we might be able to get ya on the road my friend..... let me know what ya find out......

 

Well I got a court date so we will see what happens ! I will post pics of the system soon i been so busy for a while now, I suspect he also put used parts on my vehicle and my daughter cut her knee with a self tap screw he put up the floor board ! man what a poece of work !

Truck still has no power I mean no power to go up a pass ! just put a new injector pump and still no power ! what else could it be ? if I needed injectors wouldnt the truck smoke or something ? do diesels loose compression with age ? and how could I tell if the turbo is not working?
