i change my fuel filter every oil change. 3000 miles.

also the injectors and pump are due if they are stock still.stock fuel system is only designed to last 100000-125000 miles.

they looked at them and said they were fine? ha! good shop. only way to test injectors is to remove them and pop test them to look for fuel seepage and low pop pressure. also look for incorrect spray pattern.

yeah sounds like you might have had the timing slip on the IP as well..... maybe the adj. screws came loose..... cant rember if these ones have them or not.... i know some pumps do ..... just a thought as well..... but yeah it sounds like your pump could be puking fule like crazy and the injectors are probably lazy as all hell...
