There isn't the aftermarket out there for IDIs like there is for everything else. The best you can do without major internal work is BB code injectors or moose mister from Agnem on oilburners.net, turbo, turn up the fuel, exhaust, and Hypermax intake. That's about it.

what he said. hypermax, ATS, and banks all made/make turbo setups for them. finding a used one can be had for 600-900 normally. new they are 1500+.

What about trying to find a newer powerstroke
What all would I have to do to make the swap

like installing a 7.3 stroker in your truck? would need a complete donor truck to rob the motor, trans, wiring, computer, dash, and some other things i cant think of right now. lots of work.
