whats the fix on these things

 

new sending unit in the tank. drop tank, install sending unit and reinstall.

 

Had the same issue for a while. Found an O-Ring on the return line was bleading air into the system. Replaced and problem went away.

 

If none of that works , i recently had to replace my fuel lines... due to cracks in the lines near the rear tank.... used gates bio-diesel line... damn thing runs like a raped ape now!!!!!!.... in fact i have never had a 7.3 IDI run this strong.... now I just need to get the damn thing to slop leakin oil...LOL.....
