new sending unit in the tank. drop tank, install sending unit and reinstall.

6.9L dies after a few seconds

Had the same issue for a while. Found an O-Ring on the return line was bleading air into the system. Replaced and problem went away.

If none of that works , i recently had to replace my fuel lines... due to cracks in the lines near the rear tank.... used gates bio-diesel line... damn thing runs like a raped ape now!!!!!!
