Default Clutch Adjustment

How do you adjust the clutch? Its a 90 7.3 non turbo 2wd......I know its a total newb question but ive never done it and im tired of stomping the clutch through the floor and prying up on the steering wheel just to get it to release and shift.....

Have you tried bleeding the slave cylinder to see if you can improve pedal response?

You might want to check and make sure your firewall isn't tearing or flexing. It's a common problem on these fords. Have someone push the clutch pedal in while you watch the clutch master from under the hood. Ford sells a plate to help reenforce the firewall for $10-$15. I am pretty sure your clutch is not adjustable. You could get a clutch master cylinder pushrod for an 1985 F-250, it was the only year an adjustable pushrod was used.
