I believe it does as I can hear it cliclk when I turn on key. Will try that anyway and be sure.

Fuel filter O ring not sealing completely? Maybe you pressed it in the filter with your fingers before install?? Just a thought

maybe fuel injection pump inlet is stuck. it is a check valve i belive. the brass 90* fitting threaded on top of the pump.

thanks, I have tried that also.
I am now starting to get some smoke out of the air itake as I crank but, very lille and still no sign of trying to fire
