Default back fire ?

howdy, been a while since i posted. any ways so i am comming down the road with a bed full of fire wood today, i leave a red light rollin into it and around 2000 rpm its starts coughs and sounded like a back fire, i shifted into 3rd, it does it again. So now i am pissed, i hop on the belt way and flog it, it poped a couple times and started to pull like it should. I got the smarty on 5 pod at 90? Any ideas?, hopefully cheap ones?

Sounds like you got some bad fuel, change filter, add anti gel fuel to tank.

I will try that, just got a fass 150 on it about 2000 miles ago, it does this sometimes when its cold out. even thought the truck is at operating temp. dosn't do it in the summer. and it dosn't do it all the time. weird
