Default 1986 f250 6.9 4x4 auto to manual swap

I have a 1986 f250 6.9 with the c6 auto transmisson. I would like to know what parts I would need to swap the c6 to a zf5 manual transmission. Thanks for the help.

Do you know what bell housing, fly wheel, crossmember, and I might be interested in the t case except I've been reading the the t case from the c6 will fit with the zf5. But if it doesn't I will be interested in the t case. Thanks for your help.

You can use your current t-case with the 5spd. You will also need the pedal cage with a clutch pedal from another 84-86 ford truck. You can't add a pedal to your current cage and you can't use a cage from a newer truck, it has to be a complete unit from a truck with the same body style as your own. You will also want the removable chunk of the floor pan that the shifter comes through. It is raised to clear the taller ZF unit. You can get a clutch kit for an 87 F-250 with a 6.9 and 5spd. Get the single mass set(SMF) as it's cheaper and will last longer. You will also need all the hydraulics as well, clutch master, clutch slave and the line between them. Installing a firewall reinforcement plate is also a good idea as the fire walls in these trucks tend to rip after repeated use around the clutch master. You can use your current front driveshaft, not sure about the rear as I had a parts truck when I did my swap and used the shaft that was on it.
