NO I HAVE NOT IT RAN LIKE A CHAMP AND STILL DOES JUST HAS THIS PROBLEM AND WHEN I CRACKED ALL THE INJECTORS ONE AT A TIME IT MADE THE MOTOR RUN ROUGH SO THEY SEEM TO BE DOING THERE JOB I TIGHTENED THEM UP AND BACK TO A NORMAL IDLE.

HERE IS A VIDEO OF WHAT IT IS DOING EVEN WITH HOLDING THE THROTTLE AT 1/4 IT REVS UP TO 2000 THEN CATCHES IT SELF THEN IDLES UP AND SO ON THE ONLY AIR BUBBLE IS OFF THE IP AND IT SEEMS TO STAY THERE. I REPLACED THE LIFT PUMP WITH ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP ALSO. AND I PROBABLY WILL GET A CHEWIN FOR NOT HAVING AIR CLEANER ON THE TURBO I KNOW, BUT ONLY WAY TO SHOW WHAT IT IS DOING AND THAT ALL RETURN LINES ARE NOT GETTING AIR INTRUSION. THANKS,

Ok watched the video , I must say, I'm stumped at this time .... I'm unsure of why it would surge like that ....

is the new IP guaranteed by the builders ?? I would think the governor is faulty in the IP... No air bubbles except that one.. No biggie there, humm ... Dunno ... U may have to take this one to a pro diesel or fuel shop ... I'm out of ideas...

I would have suggested the pick up, but no air at all so that limits that ...

dang, just can't see any reason for it .... Btw nice feed line ... Love that, and killer green IP ....

That initial surge once you let off is usually from a stuck metering valve, which is what I thought it was. Fixed mine by filling up the fuel filter with diesel kleen and running it for about 10 minutes. Not to sure what else it could be
