Blackston Labs is a very common one use. Oil Analyzers is another, this is an amsoil company. Important that once you start with one to continue with them, at least for the same vehicle. There can be small variations in labs.

I just had a sample sent to BlackStone and was very Pleased with the FAST Response I got with them

I think Blackstone is a little although I've not used them. OA is 7-14 days, it varies.
