Doubtful.

A 60 psi guage has better resolution, therefore you be able to read it more accurately than a 100 psi guage. I dont think you will see over 50 psi.

I would do the same thing, only thing is my FF cap is different and has nothing on it (02). Would this same set up work if i was to hook it up to my VP? Maybe with a Tapped banjo, or something?

The install is similar to this for an 02.

There are essentially 3 places you could install it:

1) Use a tapped Banjo on the outlet of the fuel filter:

2) tapped banjo bolt on the VP-44 test port:

3) tapped banjo bolt on the inlet to the VP-44 (sorry, I dont have any pics of this type install).

Post away if you have any more questions.

wow that is so cool, i really appreciate the pics (Dr. Evil). Just one more Q. Would i be able to pick up a tapped banjo bolt from like a home depot, or would this be an order item from a diesel mod place?

No problem on the pics. You will need to go to a diesel injection shop or performance diesel shop to get the tapped banjo bolt.

All of our sponsors will have them as well if you dont mind waiting a few days.

no isolater, tapped the banjo bolt and put the needle style valve, in it the valve is closed and the line is in the back of my truck, what does an isolater do?
