Round here its pretty easy to get a few bucks pulling people out of the ditch in winter. Highway Patrol likes to see a flashing amber light on the top of your truck, but thats bout all they care about. Friday and saturday nights pay better than the rest as people are trying to get home from the bar without Johnny Law knowing.

The RV thing looks tempting, but they require trucks less than 5 years old. Dammit. I'd LOVE to get a deal delivering stock trailers.

find someone involved in heavy equipment......there's some extra $$$$$ in hauling buckets and such if you have the trailer.

Pullin people out has made me alot. They only call me when noone else has a big enough rig and usually they are more than happy to pay me. College kids plus lots of beer trying to park in a bean field nothing better than 15-20 front wheel drive cars with there front bumpers level with the field.

You guys are brave, or must keep the mile-long disclaimer forms ready in the glovebox for these sue happy idiots to not take you to the cleaners when you remove their front bumper.

...and I sure wish I lived in whatever world ya'll do where some construction or logging outfit will pay you cash under the table to move their 5,000lb hoe bucket with a pickup & trailer that aren't bonded, insured, or belonging to the company or a legal contractor for the company.

Must be nice...
