Well I recon it's doable yet ya may need one bolt goin to the crank that's thin shoulderd, Gona have to go play with the bolt patterns and see for sure now..

Does anyone have CAD drawings of an adaptor plate? Im looking to swap a v2203di into my Ranger and I can't seem to find any drawings or measurements of the adaptor plate, only pictures. These engines were made for these trucks! it's perplexing that the big manufacturers havent caught on that people want a small, fuel efficient diesel pickup. Oh well, that means more opportunity for us to build them up! Any info is appreciated. Thanks, JD.

Unfortunately, I have a 4.0, so the only thing we could work together on would be the tranny side, I'm not sure if the 3.0 and 4.0 use the same pattern on the bell housing. Do you know for sure if the transmissions are interchangeable? If they are, I would be more than happy to enter into this project with you.
