I did mine for right at $3200, and about $21-2200 after selling back my old engine and tranny, and donor truck Dana 80.

I could have saved about $400 if I had built my own mounts and not bought the conversion kit from FC, but it made that part so much easier.

ok parts update im am doing a front shackle reversal system with super duty v code springs, redoing the entire turbo system and exhuast doing a 3 piece manifold with a 1st gen hx40 style downpine
