trans swap

Hey i was wondering if there was a way to adapt the allison tranans to fit with the 24v 5.9 motor i have a 98.5 and was also wondering how much it would cost to do the swap

how much do they run i have also herd about one called or made by gernard or somthing like that

Suncoast is a great trans, DTT is also a great trans, Dave does good work as well. No real need for an allision unless you just want it. What are your goals for the truck?

well i might pull it every once in awhile like onces or twice a year i dont really tow any thing but i just want it stout somthing i wont have to worry about snapping if i am goofin off

duramax guys running max power are switching to the 47RE billet transmissions the clutch to clutch design of the allison make it a poor choice when adding power
