Mine idles about 750 with high accessory load, and about 950 without load.

I have to adjust mine for winter vs. summer, the A/C really pulls the idle down.

i just pre heated it and did 2-3 inch welds with a gap let it cool and welded the rest

turbo kind and size??

what are you guys running for turbos and how much boost my trubo waste gate is set at 11psi but i can only get it there under wot at the top of 3rd gear and half way throught 4th

K03 off a Passat, 25-30 PSI, best turbo I've tried.
