Found bad cam shaft position sensor. Problem was so intermittent it couldnt be a blockage. Problem would always clear on restart. Even on the freeway, the problem would clear by shifting to neutral and quick restart. Changed the CMP, so far so good. Thanks for the response.

Well I guess I spoke to soon, Happened again this morning 50 ' from the house. I dont get it. I found something about the injector plugs coming loose, I will check that if not its going to ford so I can get raped
