I have a 2002 7.3 powerstroke, I took it mud boggin this past weekend and ever since I have been having a few issues and from what I've read I think I have figured out what is going on but I wanted to get some opinions and make sure.
Symptoms:
0 boost psi
less power
worse fuel economy
Can't roll coal anymore

So unplug it and see if that fixes it. And do us all a favor and don't be a douche bag and "roll coal"

If you unplug the ebpv and you symptoms go away, bingo you found your issue. If not you can look elsewhere. But hey it only takes 5 minutes but looks like your the expert

 

i didnt think 2002 had ebpv, should be a wastegate on that truck, ebpv was only until 99, right???

 

All 7.3s had an ebpv. 99+ also had a wastegate
