96 Cummins hard starting
Even when my truck is plugged in and warm, when i turn the key the engine seems like it doesnt want to turn over and it sounds like its dead, do it again and it will start with my foot on the pedal a little bit, but for the first few trys even with my foot on the pedal it wont turn over, just got a brand new battery and one of them is probly 8 months old. What is going on and i just had my starter rebuilt!!!! Whats wrong
