You said it. The engine is complete including the ECM and turbo. Pretty much plug and play direct from Cummins. I will need to install things like starter, alternator. air conditioning pump. You know, all the accessories.
When I priced a long block from DODGE, they wanted $7300. wholesale with a retail of mid $9000. less the head, fuel system, turbo and ECM.
Economics also played a role here.
