Default powerstroke in need of help

i recently picked this truck up it was a work horse changed the bed and had some issues with the tail lights i.e. bad ground as it turns out had a ringing coming from the four way relay that isnt in the fuse box instead its beside it .... put it all back together witha good ground everyrthing works great except now it wont start i get no wait to start light and it just cranks over. also an interesting peice of info the key switch to start it also doesnt work someone hacked a push button into the dash they didnt cut anything they just spliced it all in its weird tho because it ran great yesterday with the ground issues any ideas at all id love to hear em helppppp!!!!

also i keep hearing about the cam sensor problems becuase it turns over but there is no movement of the tack sensor, pcm???hope not!!!
