Sounds like the return on the injector pump might be malfunctioning. Remove the hose/line and see if any fuel comes out.

Wildbill has a point. The return line connector on the pump has a small glass check ball in it with a tiny bypass port around it. Some of the pumps had a plastic drive plate in them that would break and the pieces would plug the return fitting giving the exact symptoms you are describing. Take the return line off and remove the fitting from the pump. You can try to clean it and see if it helps. An old trick in an emergency is to take a punch and break the ball but this affects the cold start timing advance sometimes making cold weather starts harder.
