installed new ipr, and cps sensor still wont start last time it ran it ran rough very loud, sounded like it was running on regular gas, has new fuel filter, please help

 

where did u buy the cps from, ive heard aftermarket ones are sometimes bad from the store.

r u sure someone didnt accidently put a lil gas in it?

how is the oil in it?

good luck finding the problem, maybe some of the ford guys will chime in here

 

ford cps the van is my sons he says no to the gas oil is fine rotella t just changed thanks

 

You'll need access to a scan tool.

Generally the cam sensor will be the most common no-start concern.

Try another cam sensor, I put those things in every day, and have had 'em no good right out of the Ford bag, FWIW.

 

Ill try another one Tuesday, would that cause it to run poorly, before it qit completly? thanks
