OK got the New Relays installed and it started great in the shop.
I parked it outside for the night and well see if it starts in the morning. It's supost to get down in the teens tonight so that should be a good test.
Thanks for all the help. I'll let you know how it goes.

Don't put gas in there.
im from nebraska and an old trick the good ol boys there had was put a lil bit of gas in the fuel ive never done it and im not saying to do it but ive seen it done and it worked but that was on the old non turbo trucks i do know too much s a bad thing tho seen it blow some pistons up
Better to just buy some additive.

It did not start, Its still not fixed.
It was a bout 18degrees out when I tried to start it and it just turned over. It didn't even try to fire.
The Intake heater is working, I checked it and the Intake was warm to the touch.

I had this problem with my 00 dodge too it turned out to be that I lost the prime to injector 1. 3 and 5 were wet but the truck still wouldnt fire. All I had to do is turn the key and crank for a split second to allow for the 20 second prime I did this about 4 times until I could see that injector 1 had fuel coming out. Tightened injector 1 up and she fired up.
