What does your fuel pressure look like?

Are you getting fuel to the injectors? Crack some injector lines and have someone crank the starter and look for fuel coming out at the lines you have cracked.

The IP is not working.

Do you know what your fuel pressure is coming from the lift pump?

I just cracked 2 injectors, i got a little bit of fuel from the first 1 and none from the second 1. i havent put a fuel pressure gauge in yet so not to sure on the pressure. is it possible that the injector pump is frozen, it is -20.
