96 cummins 12v little smoke

so what would u think i can do to fix this issue and thanks for helping me out. on my fuel system its got 5/8s lines do you think i should turn the pump up

That's how they run stock. You need to turn your pump up. The easiest way is to slide your fuel plate up or just take it out. Then you can turn your star wheel and smoke screw as well.
