Factory lift pump or aftermarket? Sounds like you are having some fuel delivery issues

I have had the same problem as Jeremy. I noticed it first when pulling a trailer or going up a hill. In idle, it would stall and would not start back up until after the engine cooled. Something I have also noted is how it would appear to be over-heating. Not sure if there is a coordination there or not. I changed the fuel filter and eventually turned the idle speed up. Now that I have done that, it no longer stalls, but sometimes has a hard time starting, (It cranks but won't start). I have tried a few things, (fuel shut-off solenoid, idle speed, fuel filter and a lot of cussing) but nothing has worked. I have also taken it in to various shops where they have found nothing wrong. I like the idea of checking for a rotted fuel line and Any ideas?? Thanks!
