Default 5.4 to 7.3 conversion

i have a 2002 f250 lariat in EXCELLENT condition low miles which i love but always wanted a diesel... just picked up a complete 2002 f250 7.3 auto with 129,000 slight front end damage how hard and time wise would it be to convert? is it worth the effort or go fummins?
