YEAH,THATS WHAT I UNDERSTAND BUT IF I LEAVE IT ON THE 1ST OR 2ND SETTING, WILL I BE SAFE FROM TRANNY DAMAGE? I GUESS IM TRYING TO HAVE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.---PERFORMANCE WITH NO RISK

about 70 is your max if your going to drive it crazy all the time, i never had a problem with my quad tuner set at 70
