had a diesel mechanic install 6 cr reman stock injectors this weekend in my 2005 5.9. and the truck miss fires. pops, bangs, and has a white haze coming out of the exhaust. can you explain that? You guys act like taking them out and sending them back is easy. stuff gets expensive real fast. i shouldnt have to take them BACK OUT and probably by another set. this is absolutely ridiculous.

I was sent a msg from the site about this post. My suggestion is pull the injectors, make sure they were properly installed and sealed. Verify your compression because more often than not, injector failure in a dodge damages the pistonsd and cylinder walls. Then
send your injectors off to be tested by a facility other than whom you bought them from but one that will honestly assess their condition. this should be done in case the supplier denies your claim. You should be reimbursed for parts and labor if the injectors are defective. The supplier will want to conduct their own test and sometimes they will attribute the problem to "contaminated fuel", which is a 'gotcha excuse". before flipping out though, there are a lot of other reasons for the problems you are describing which you need to check out before labeling a company dis-honest.

This is why I research any new company I plan to do business with. But you can't just look at number of complaints some people complane no matter what. Read the complaint.
Also look at how long they have been in business. If they have a decent rating and have been in business 20 plus years chances are the good to do business with.
