I"m not sure what the balance rates were. My programer allows me to see the Mv's and my Mv's were all pretty much even at 4.4-5.5ish. I"m not sure what the Mv's should be on a diesel. When I tune my gas engine, anything over 16 Mv tells me i'm almost out of injector. I get my CP3 today and will install it tomorrow when I get home from work...after my wife and kids pick me up from work (50 minute drive )

I finally got the CP3 installed. After hours of cussing & upsetting my wife over my language, it's done! Part of my extreme frustration was connecting the 3/8 inch coolant lines. I replaced them with new rubber ones and there is only so much room to get my big hands in there. I broke the hard line under the thermostat that goes to a metal line and I had to JB weld that back into place. I found an easy fix incase anyone else has to do this. Go get some silicone lines. It took me over 1/2 hr to put one of the rubber lines in. I replaced it with a silicone line and it took me 30 seconds after I cut it into place. The silicone bends easily and slides on the metal hose like butter. Never again will I use rubber lines unless I have no choice!

Got everything installed and she tow's like a charm! CP3 was the problem ....I think. I towed my trailer North this time and I did not get over 65mph and the hills were not as step as when I went south.....so, i'm still not 100% positive it's fixed. I"ll be driving up some hills next week to test her out for sure.

Thanks everone for the help! I'll keep ya informed on my results incase anyone else has this problem

A HUGE Thank YOU to everyone who helped me with this problem! I went camping with the family and my truck pulled the trailer over hills like it was not even behind me at 75mph. Milage sucked....12 but that was expected. She never went into limp mode once and pulled like a charm. I think I need new shocks or maybe air bags..gotta post that question up soon. But now, my truck pulls like a dream! It was the CP3, Thank you all for the help! I must add, if you do replace the CP3, use some silicone hoses for the coolant lines, Way eiaser than the hard rubber lines. I can't tell you how frustrated it was with a guy who has big hands to fidget with tools and the freaking rubber lines. The silicone lines slipped on and were extremely flexable. Well worth the extra cost!

Thank you all for your help!!!!!!!!
