have you checked injector balance rates with your scanner?

definitely check injector balance rates, -/+ 4 in park, -/+ 6 in drive is normal anything out of that range indicates bad injectors

my 04 lb7 did the same thing. GM has a service bulletin on this and they changed all of my injectors for free. Good thing I was not over 100K miles. Good luck

I believe the warranty on injectors was 7 years from first registration or 200,000 miles. Call your dealer.

Technically, the only things covered by the warranty are fuel-diluted oil due to a cracked housing or if there are high return rates.

As the unglued dude said, all of the trucks that would have been built with this style injector (LB7) are all out of warranty regardless of mileage now.

Default Warranty

I purchased my 2003 in January 2010 with 171k. It was a smoker so I took it to the dealer to verify the cause and warranty coverage. I was told that problematic injectors had extended coverage to 200k or 6 years. I missed the extension by a few weeks due to the date that the truck was purchased.
They might all be out of date by now.

it was 7 years from manufacture date, and yes all of them are beyond that coverage now, its now out of your pocket, just make sure to use NEW BOSCH injectors, not remans, or whatever, bosch tweaked the design to make them much more reliable, they're not perfect but they are much less prone to cracking now
