the most the glow plugs will be on after the engine starts is 60 seconds and that is at -40 degrees. at 25 to 90 degrees it is 30 seconds.
i have had mine disconnected for almost 4 years with no starting issues. lowest i have had to start it in was 14 degrees and it started no problem.

its locked and wash throwing this up on his Tech 2 in a big red box BOOTLOADER REJECT sooo looks like i need a ECM so that being said any ideas i was thinking about saving up and getting one from duramaxtunner loaded with a DSP5 for stock trans and EGR turned off any imput fellas

it may have also been flashed before and locked with EFI Live.

there is also a posibility of finding an LB7 at a wrecker and buying the ECM from then and then flashing your VIN into it.
