Make sure your egr is hooked up correctly or the engine will unseat the egr under boost and dump boost causing black smoke.

Also make sure your gaskets are in good shape (IE: not torn or missing pieces) or you can have a boost leak.

Also make sure you have the gasket installed between the upper and lower manifold for the egr or it will dump boost down the egr port.

Well i did so and no luck ... Here a quick video what it does with the new vacuum pump on ..

ouu... might need to take it appart again then the middle o ring that goes to egr outlet i dont recall seeing that what so ever.... maybe i need a new one?

Could be. Black smoke on stock fueling indicates an lack of boost. If your wastegate is operating properly then your boost is going somewhere.

If the egr gasket is crushed or missing, you can see where part of your boost is going.....right into the exhaust ports.

Seeing how that is something else you had disturbed to do the valve cover gaskets, it seems a likely suspect....

can be.. ill check it out tomarrow morning ,ill keep u posted for sure(Y) this truck gave me to much stress. i try to make it good buy fixing its leaky valve covers but the it stabs me in the back hahah. but yea ill rip it apart one more time. is there anything else i should know while im in there.?:P thanks again great white. im happy your actually tryng to help me figuer it out props to you man
