Default Gear Ratios

Any way to figure out what gear ratio is in a 95 suburban without pulling the cover or jacking a wheel up? It is a 95 3/4 ton 4x4 with a 6.5t What rear ends and ratios came in these things?

From what i read its on the door panel, or you can check the inspection plate on the rear diff. but im sure this will only give a general idea, probably need to reference it with some part number or something. Could just paint a white spot on the drive line and another on the tire and have someone roll it while you count the rotations or vice versa

look in the glovebox for the rpo codes. its going to be a code starting with a g. with yours being a 3/4 ton its either going to be either 3.73 or 4.10 rear gears. google chevy rpo codes with the code you found
