Issues after Issues.
I just wounder if not bad CPS (Crankshaft Position Sensor) - PCM reads the CPS module to indicate TDC for each piston, necessary to determine precise timing for the injection pulse.
but i don't know how you can test that

IN ur old pmd were it plugs in harness is a resister n or printed circut look in old one see if there now look in new pmd prob not one in there even if there is one in new one i was told to use old one i guess could be different between truck years not sure but thats what tyey told me when i got my new pmd something to do w the values of it. be carefull when takeing the resister out i bent 2 pieces of very thin pic type rod put in the holes on each side pulleasy try that if u didnt already let me no.
I have a parts truck here. Where is this and how hard is it to replace. I can pull it and swtich them out. I know on a gas motor they are under the timing cover and can be a pain. I m not that up on diesel motors yet so i dont know if it is like a gas motor cramk sencor or not. But it makes since now that you said it kinda. Thats might be why it isnt trying to fire at all. but i dont know if it s going to affect the wait light. I just found a company in new your to send my computer to and have it tested and if it doesnt pass i can get a new one pretty cheap. here is a link if you wwant to check it out SSDiesel Supply i talk to some lady on the phone. she had me email there tech support to see if they even want to look at my computer or not. I think it was just to try and see what i have done so far so i dont waist thge time or money on a new computer
crank sencor is down in timing cover left side buy pulleys should be 2 wires running to it if remember right
