Working on a Chevy 3500 Hd 5 speed.. 1998.... Clutch is gone, pretty sure trans is gone to..
Its in californa and i need to find replacements asap.. Anyone got any idea for me... Any ideas or experince would help. What should i get and where should i get it.. Thanks

 

come on none of you have an idea who has the best rebuilt trans. Or which clutch to use..
I guess you all just pay people to make choices for you.. did that get to you.. come on...

 

when i had my 5 speed i got clutch threw Napa did my self wish gave more help haven had stick in many yrs now

 

try xtreme diesel they sell southbend clutches.Or jegs has some good deals!

 

Well im in Canada so i cant help but if it was me id check out a salvage yard and get a low milafe tranny,as for a clutch i guess it depends on what your going to be doing with the truck,i got friends that have spent 2500/3000 on clutches for the local truck pulls here in town but there also pushing well over 1000 HP,.Call a place like napa and explain what your going to be useing the clutch for and im sure they can help you out ofr even on the boards here they sell parts will even give you a quote,good luck.
