03 6.0 a guy took his truck to dealer to have it diagnosed. they pulled the the ficm ipr intake and such and diagnosed the hpop was bad so he called me and had me change it. i put it all back together primed the system and everything. truck fired up and idled and rev up great. then i go to test drive it. went about a half block the trans wouldnt shift and the turbo would spool up and relieve pressure like surging. it would get to about 20-25 psi and then it would blow off and drop to about 15-20 psi nad build right back up and do it again. any ideas??

 

oh and sitting in the garage with the truck in park, if you rev it up it actually builds boost about 5 or so psi which is odd since its not supposed to build boost when not under a load. any idea?
