Default ECM?

So I was looking over the truck I just bought.
It is a 1992 6.5 Turbo diesel 2500.
I noted that there was a plug underneath the dash where you would plug in a trouble shooting computer. So I figured that there had to be an ECM. But when I called the dealer to buy a replacement for it the dealer told me that this truck didn't have one or if it did then he was having trouble with finding that part.

So does my truck have a computer in it, or not. I know this wasn't a common truck for the year but some one has to know.

Thank you,
-Mikel

Ok, that helps me. Now I can quit tearing things apart looking for it.

Thank you,

Yes thats what its called.

Now I have a question that you might be able to answer. The 95 I have is getting ready to become a 70 chevy truck. I want to make it a mechanical engine. If i put the db2 pump, mechanical wastegate. All I need is the tcm and a throttle position sensor right?
