I have a 2004.5 dodge cummins 3500. build date 7-04. the truck went down with a spun bearing. so I rebuilt the motor. Truck ended up needing an ECM (wouldn't run at all) I have an 05 ECM I put in the truck that I know is Good. It wont command the lift pump on the fuel filter housing so I fed 12v to it and the truck started but has no throttle response at all..?? I thought the 04.5 and 05 ECMs will interchange without issue.. The date on the ECM I installed is 10/04.

Here are some schematics of the engine control system.
Check for the 5 Volt supply to the ECM. The IPM may be something to look at too.
