Default Suburban 1996 Actuator problem ???

Hi Guy´s i have put in a new front axle actuator and now the fuse for 4x4 in the driver side dashboard fusebox is always blown after he try to engage the front axle but i hear nothing just the hissing sound when the fuse blow and those light for the 4x4 ***** blinks

I hear the transfer case actuator works but nothing happening in the front

So what can it be

New Actuator new fuse still blowing

might be a bad wiring on the way from dash to Connector of the Actuator

I have no Pictures but i look at the old connector and it has a two letters on the Plastic where those 2 pin comes out of it A and B and same on the new one A and B and i cut the old Plug from the old actuator and do the same with the new one and Weights together with Thermal Connector the Old A to a new A and same with the B wire

and after i finished i put a heat shrinking tube over all connections

from this company http://www.autec-electronics.com/pro.../deray-vt-220/

But i am stuck but need my 4x4 to work

Ok now i have remove the actuator from the Axle again and push the button when he is out of the axle and he works fine
put it back in and push the button the fuse blow at same time he push the axle in work and lights starts to blink again after one sec of a steady 4x4 light on button

I can hear the engine sound change after about 4 to 8 sec and then he blow the fuse

what can it be something stiff or stuck in the front axle interior

There are two splined shafts that face each other with a collar that slides over them ran by the actuator. The shafts are two piece and are pressed together. Most likely one of them has cam of the axle shaft. Take the actuator out and put a screwdriver in the hole and see if you can push the plunger inside the axle down. If not I would say it has come apart. You will have to pull the end of the axle housing to make sure but that is what mine did. I just got another Axle shaft and housing from the junk yard and put it in it.

I thought I replied to this post when it first started. I guess not sorry.
